How it started: Sharon's story
Nannies on the Go was founded in 2007 by Sharon Moloney, a former television executive and devoted mother of three who personally experienced the challenges of finding reliable childcare. With 16 years of firsthand experience hiring nannies, she set out to create an agency built on safety, efficiency, and transparency—ensuring families find the perfect caregiver with ease and confidence.
Today, Nannies on the Go has grown into a leading nanny agency in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, proudly serving over 10,000 families with a network of more than 900 dedicated professional nannies. Our experienced team includes specialists like Dr. Charles Herlihy, who provides psychological assessments when requested, Bethany Jenkins, our Childcare Director overseeing Temporary Placements and Back-up Care, Katie, our Permanent Placement Manager, and Kim Morris, our trusted Recruiter and Office Guru.
